2 Ingredient Dough Cheese Naan

Mix self-raising flour, Greek yogurt & salt.

Use your hands to form into a rough dough.

Divide into 6 roughly equal pieces.

Mix mozzarella, cheddar and herbs.

Roll out a piece of dough & place a tablespoon of the cheese mix in the middle.

Pinch the edges together to seal the cheese inside.

Roll each stuffed naan out into a circle.

Cook in a hot pan for a couple of minutes each side.

Drizzle with garlic butter while warm and enjoy!
