How to Make the Coronation Quiche

Line your tin with the pastry.

Blind bake the crust.

Cook down your edamame or fava beans, then add spinach.

Stir until wilted and the water evaporates.

Whisk eggs, milk, cream and seasoning.

Scatter grated cheese into your crust.

Add the cooked greens.

Pour over the egg, milk & cream mix.

Top with more grated cheese.

Bake until golden & set in the middle.

Slice and enjoy!
