The EASIEST No Knead Focaccia

Mix flour, salt, yeast, water and olive oil.

Give the dough a couple of 'stretch and folds'.

This will help make the focaccia light & airy without kneading!

Leave the dough to rise until super jiggly and bubbly.

Transfer to a baking pan and leave to rise again.

Drizzle with oil (chilli oil in this case!) and dimple the dough.

Bake for 25 minutes until golden!
