Easy Baked Tomato & Mozzarella Gnocchi

Cook down onion, garlic and red pepper flakes.

Add tomato puree.

Cook until thickened slightly.

Add gnocchi and half the cheese.

Stir, then add more cheese.

Bake until the cheese is golden and the sauce is bubbling.

Top with fresh basil leaves.

Serve while hot, gooey and glorious.
