Fold salami over a wine glass to make a rose.

Repeat to make at least 2 layers.

Use rosemary to outline your wreath.

Arrange cured meat around the board.

Arrange cheese and jams around the wreath.

Fill gaps with berries, pomegranate seeds and dried fruit.

Serve and enjoy!

Arrange bread and crackers in the middle if you like!
