Easy, Glossy Pasta Carbonara

Chop your guanciale (or pancetta or bacon)

Mix eggs, pecorino (or parmesan), black pepper and miso paste.

Pan fry your guanciale, bacon or pancetta until crispy.

Turn the heat off & add cooked pasta.

Add the egg and cheese mix to the pan.

Toss through the pasta, with some pasta cooking water.

Until silky and glossy.

Divide between plates.

And enjoy!
