Cheesy Bolognese Rice Bake

Cook your ground beef with onion, garlic & celery.

Add tomato puree and red wine.

Simmer until thick & glossy.

Meanwhile, cook your rice.

And make your cheesy bechamel sauce.

Mix your rice with an egg, parmesan & seasoning.

Press into a greased baking dish.

Top with the bolognese sauce.

Then the cheesy bechamel sauce.

Bake until golden, bubbling & gooey.

Slice & top with fresh pesto.
