HOW TO: 

Pumpkin Shaped Gnocchi

Roast your sweet potatoes.

Add to a bowl with ricotta, parmesan, salt & nutmeg.

Mix well.

Add flour, bit by bit.

Mix until just combined.

Slice a section off the dough.

Shape into a flat disc.

Use string to make indents in the dough.

To make the shape of a pumpkin.

Continue with the rest of the dough.

Brown a little butter.

Cook your gnocchi & transfer to the sauce.

Toss, add garlic & rosemary.

Toss the gnocchi again.

Divide between plates.

Finish with parmesan & crispy chorizo.
