Sourdough Style No-Knead Pizza Dough

Mix flour, water, yeast & salt.

'Stretch & fold' twice, then let rise.

Form into a ball.

Stretch out into a large circle (don't touch the crust!)

Top your pizza and bake.

Add any fresh toppings (like arugula) and slice.

Admire your light, airy crust.
