the creator behind Dished.
Here you’ll find (mainly) healthy recipes, full of punchy flavours and using fresh colourful (mostly) everyday ingredients. I really believe that cooking doesn’t have to be stressful or overwhelming – so I’m here to show you how to make delicious food for yourself, friends and family that delivers on flavour every time.
Our Story
Ever since I moved to London from New Zealand almost 10 (!) years ago, cooking really became my passion and slowly, but surely, took over my life. After working in digital marketing for many years, I took the plunge and dove head first into Dished. There’s just nothing I love more than spending a day in the kitchen whipping up a delicious feasting spread, testing and creating recipes as I go. And now I want to share those recipes with you!
You’ll mainly find simple recipes here, with some more challenging or ‘project’ type recipes fab for weekends or special occasions. Whatever you choose, I’ll break down all the steps and make it as easy to follow as possible. So whether you’re just getting started, or are a seasoned home-cook, you’ll find something you’re looking for here.
Along with my cheeky little side-kick cat Toby, I’m a massive fan of anything hummus related, could eat dumplings every day and LOVE the creative challenge of turning leftovers into something new and exciting.
