This savory grazing board pulls four fabulous recipes into one beautiful, wickedly delicious spread. Easy to prep ahead, and themed without feeling gimmicky, it’s a boujee board of goodies, perfect for any Wicked themed watch party.

I simply couldn’t let the release of the new Wicked film pass without sharing a very fun idea for a themed watch party spread.

Most Wicked themed snack boards I’ve seen are all a bit gimmicky and rely on candy or pre-made options, but I wanted this one to feel a bit more elevated.

It’s essentially my dream girl dinner spread – and surprisingly easy to make.

Themed around pink and green (with a little yellow thrown in), it can all be prepped in advance, then just reheat the arancini (or serve it cold), and arrange the board when you’re ready to watch.

Use this guide to style your board, plan your prep, and serve up everything with confidence.

What’s on the Board – and Why it Works

  • Glinda’s Pretty-in-Pink Beet Feta Dip. Bright, tangy, glamorous, and just so PINK, this lovely dip is a forever favorite and sings of Glinda to me. I’m serving it with crispy baked pita chips.
  • Elphaba’s Emerald Spinach & Feta Dip. Wickedly green, wonderfully simple, fabulously flavorful, and vegetarian (because I feel like Elphaba is 100% a vegetarian). I’m serving this one with blue tortilla chips – they look like little witches’ hats!
  • Emerald City Pistachio Pesto Ricotta Bites. Golden, flaky puff pastry bites filled with a speedy, creamy, vibrant pesto ricotta mixture, and topped with a pistachio bacon crumb. Very easy to eat, boujee feeling, and I feel like they’d be Emerald City and Wizard approved.
  • Yellow Brick Road Arancini. Crispy golden arancini made with a simple, speedy risotto colored up with a little turmeric, with a cheesy mozzarella center. Arrange them in a zig-zag across the board for an edible Yellow Brick Road moment.
  • And bonus: Glinda’s Pink Potion Cocktail. A very lovely pink gin spritz – pink gin (I recommend Malfy’s Pink Grapefruit gin), topped with rosé prosecco and soda. Jazz it up with grapefruit soda if you prefer. Sweet, tangy, and super easy to make.

How to Arrange the Board

Choose a large board or platter – I love a wooden one as it’s a nice, neutral base.

Then, start with the bowls and dips:

  • Spoon your dips into bowls or plates with a little lip and add any garnishes you like (more crumbled feta, something green, and crispy bacon is a great option). Bonus points if you have pink and green bowls.
  • Place them on the board, in opposite corners, for balance.
  • Arrange the pita chips and tortilla chips around each dip, so they spill naturally off the bowls.

Create your Yellow Brick Road

  • Arrange your arancini down the middle of the board – a gentle curve makes it look more interesting.
  • Try to put some on top of each other, to create height and dimension.

Add the Emerald City Bites

  • Place the cups along the edges of the arancini Yellow Brick Road, so they frame them nicely.
  • You can place a couple on their sides, or on top of each other, to create height and interest too.

Fill the Gaps

If you have any big gaps, you can fill them with little extras if you like:

  • Small handfuls of green or red grapes.
  • Clusters of raspberries.
  • A little sprinkling of pistachios.
  • A scattering of fresh green herbs.
  • Use edible flowers if you can find them.

Prep Ahead Guide

All the recipes can be made ahead of time, then reheated and arranged when you’re ready.

Up to 24 Hours Ahead

  • Make both dips, then store them in airtight containers in the fridge.
  • Make the pesto ricotta mixture for the Emerald City bites.
  • Make the risotto for the arancini – you can even form the arancini and pop them into the fridge until you’re ready to cook them.

A Few Hours Before Serving

  • Cook the arancini, then let them cool, and pop them into the fridge until you’re ready to reheat and serve them.
  • Bake the Emerald City bites – you can keep them at room temperature for a few hours so they stay crispy.
  • Prep any garnishes – like the crumbled feta for the dips, and any fresh herbs.

Just Before Serving

  • Reheat the arancini until crispy and hot – either in the air fryer, or in the oven on a wire rack.
  • Spoon your dips into the serving bowls, then add any garnishes.
  • Make Glinda’s Pink Potion cocktail if you’re serving it.
  • Assemble the board and fill in any gaps if needed.

Recipes for the Board

Recreate the full board with the recipes below.

Creamy Beet Feta Dip

Smooth, creamy and undeniably pink, this vibrant beet feta dip takes 5 minutes to make and is a serious party showstopper. To cut prep time right down, we’re using ready-to-eat, cooked beets (rather than having to roast them low and slow).

Mini Pesto Ricotta Puff Pastry Cups

These little pesto ricotta puff pastry cups are the kind of party snack I return to again and again. They look and feel boujee, but are so simple – think just five ingredients and less than 30 minutes to make.

5 Minute Creamy Spinach and Feta Dip

Six ingredients, five minutes, one incredibly creamy and moreish spinach and feta dip. Just throw everything into a food processor and press go. This is one of my all-time favorite dip recipes, for good reason.

Easy Cheesy Stuffed Arancini (Risotto Balls)

Gooey, mozzarella-stuffed arancini are the PERFECT use for leftover risotto. Just form into balls, coat in breadcrumbs and fry (or air fry!) until gorgeously golden and crispy.

Pink Gin Rosé Spritz

This pretty in pink rosé spritz is the perfect refreshing, light cocktail. Packed with pink gin and Chambord, then topped with rosé prosecco and pink lemonade, it makes a fab party cocktail that’s easy to scale up and your guests will love.
