We need to talk about these buns. I first made them with leftover juicy herb roasted chicken and leftover gochujang sauce (from making crispy Korean fried chicken!), and they were so good I had to develop a whole separate recipe for them.

Similar to the classic dim sum dish, char siu pork buns, these are simple to make, very easy to eat, freezer-friendly, and brilliant for entertaining.
